Data Storage

Although we have experienced many changes in technology during recent years, as a matter of policy we have always retained backward-compatibility with all our captured data. Consequently, all our data which is held from 1983 to the present time, can be retrieved and updated to the latest version of InDesign, and exported to any format required by our customers.

Back-Up

This crucial (and often forgotten, that is, until it’s too late) aspect is an important part of our service.

Three copies of all current files are made each evening, two of which leave the premises. Two copies of all archived data are held off-site at all times.
