At Spartan, we are very aware that the essence of good book design reflects the subject matter, is pleasing to the eye and assists the reader to digest the contents comfortably and at optimum speed, without being aware of the designer’s influence.

Our understanding of typographical design, book manufacturing processes and available materials has enabled us to offer our own integrated design service, either for print or eBook production, or both.

Layouts Supplied

Many publishers supply layouts or templates created by either in-house design departments or freelance designers. We can intelligently interpret and contribute to their design requirements.
